Michael P. Grace

President

Michael brings expertise in all aspects of midstream services operations and project management, including gathering and transportation, wellhead purchase and sales, and processing and treating services. Most recently, Michael served as partner and vice president of business development for Lonestar Midstream Partners, LP. There, he led all aspects of business development functions to identify opportunities, develop strategies and provide oversight of business plan implementation.

Later, Michael played an integral role in various phases of negotiations with bidders and during the final phase of divestiture to Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. Lonestar Midstream was sold for $160mm with an earn-out component worth up to an incremental $55mm, resulting in an IRR to equity investors of 23% – 42%.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Saint Thomas.
